ÃßÈÄ ¼Ò¹æ¼­·ÎºÎÅÍ Á¤½ÄÀ¸·Î ¼Ò¹æ°Ë»ç(Fire Safety Inspection)À» ¹Þ°í Á¤½ÄÇã°¡Áõ(Fire Safety Inspection Certificate)À» ¹ß±Þ¹Þ¾Æ¾ß ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. °Ç¹°ÀÌ ¼Ò¹æ¼­ ±âÁØ¿¡ ºÎÇÕµÇ°Ô Áö¾îÁ³´ÂÁö¸¦ °Ë»çÇÏ°Ô µË´Ï´Ù. ¹°·Ð, ¼ÒÈ­±âµµ °®Ãß°í ÀÖ¾î¾ß ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. 

9. Lessor¡¯s Permit

      ÀÓ´ë»ç¾÷ÀÚÀÇ °æ¿ì ÇÊ¿äÇÑ °ÍÀä ÀÌ ¿ª½Ã ½Ãû¿¡¼­ ¹ß±Þ¹ÞÀ» ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù°í ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ´Ù¸¸, ÀÌ¹Ì ¿µ¾÷Çã°¡¸¦ °¡Áø ÀÚ¶ó¸é Lessor¡¯s permitÀº µû·Î ÇÊ¿ä ¾ø´Ù°í ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

10. Sanitary Permit

  Çѱ¹ÀÇ Ä¡¸é À§»ý°Ë»ç¿¡ ÇØ´çÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ÇØ´ç ⱸ¿¡ ¼ö¼ö·á¸¦ ³³ºÎÇÏ¸é ¿µ¼öÁõÀ» ¹ßÇàÇØ ÁÝ´Ï´Ù. ÃßÈÄ ½Ãû ´ã´çºÎ¼­·ÎºÎÅÍ Á¤½ÄÀ¸·Î À§»ý°Ë»ç(Sanitory Inspection)¸¦ ¹Þ°í Á¤½ÄÇã°¡ÁõÀ» ¹ß±Þ¹Þ¾Æ¾ß ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.  À§»ý°Ë»ç´Â ¾÷Á¾¿¡ µû¶ó ´Ù¸£°ÚÁö¸¸ ÁÖ·Î ¼öÁú°Ë»ç(Microbiological water analysis),  ¹æ¿ª(Pest control) ¼­ºñ½º°è¾à À¯¹«,  Á¤È­Á¶(Septic tank) û¼Ò¿©ºÎ, Á¾¾÷¿øÀÇ Health Certificate ¹× ÀÚ°ÝÁõ µîÀ» °Ë»çÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ÀϺΠ¾÷Á¾ÀÇ °æ¿ì ±¸ºñ¼­·ù°¡ ¸Å¿ì ¸¹°í ±î´Ù·Ó½À´Ï´Ù.
